I just opened a can of black bean soup from Gluten Free Cafe. It smelled a bit like a bean dip but once I heated it up I found out it was delicious! Creamy broth with black beans, celery and onion swimming in it. I ate the whole can in one sitting. I'm not a big eater and I don't usually eat a whole can of soup in one sitting, but I did this time! Dipping buttered bread into made it perfect. Gluten free food used to be so gross when I was a child. I'm really impressed by how far it's come. Celiacs and gluten intolerant people rejoice!
